Collections
The package label needs to be attached securely to the box ready for the driver to collect.
Please ensure you are available on the collection day that you specified. We try our very best to meet all collection requirements although occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control this cannot always be achieved.
Delivery
Where specified deliveries are guaranteed, however some areas of the UK and other Worldwide destinations do not offer a guaranteed service. Please contact us if you need assistance.
For deliveries to countries outside the EU a commercial invoice is required for customs clearance. Parcels without a commercial invoice will be delayed or returned.
Customs procedures vary from country to country. Delays can occur as items go through normal customs clearance. Customs may also require additional paperwork from the receiver.
If there is no one in to receive the parcel further attempts to deliver may be made. Following unsuccessful delivery attempts your item may be returned. Charges may apply.
Packaging
This can be a cause of frustration to all sender and receiver so attention to this area is important.
Please provide sufficient internal cushioning to support the goods inside the box from internal movement and a use a strong enough box, double corrugated or shipping quality should provide external protection. This needs to be sufficient to protect your goods from normal movements that take place in carrier systems.
Parcels should not be strapped or attached together, this is not a secure way for parcels to travel in a parcel network. No claim can be made for any additional item that was strapped to the original in the event that they become separated in transit.
Please note that any item travelling through our services must be able to withstand a short drop, fragile items should not be sent though our services.
Payment
The charges for each shipment relate directly to the weight you enter. If the actual weight of your shipment is greater than the weight you specified you will incur extra charges by our carries during/after the delivery process. If any additional charges are applied due to your package being overweight you will be liable for full payment of these costs. If any items are returned charges maybe incurred.
